Responsibilities
Tasks
- Assign projects and programs
- Develop a checklist to assist schools in their preparation for a monitoring inspection
- Examine the school’s program, facilities, curriculum, operations and teacher certification to ensure that the school meets all basic statutory requirements
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
- Oversee the analysis of data and information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Manage contracts
